We need a WeBUILT on the westside of Portland! With Ann Wilkinson’s mentorship, BLOOM!, A WeBUILT Community, LLC has been created by Elissa Ryan Morris and Jonathan Morris. A property is under contract in Cedar Hills, the design process is underway, and we are looking for families to join us in creating a new vibrant exciting community where our young adults with neurodiversity or developmental disabilities can BLOOM!
